Infrastructure as Code: Handled the full microservices lifecycle using Terraform to spin up isolated VPCs, managed databases (RDS/DocumentDB), and IAM policies, removing the need for a dedicated DevOps team.
Kubernetes (K3s) Migration: Deployed and managed a K3s cluster to run multiple applications with minimal resource overhead. This shift allowed us to manage our workloads more efficiently compared to traditional setups.
GitOps & CI/CD: Modernized our deployment workflow by implementing ArgoCD. Moving to a declarative GitOps model made our releases faster, more consistent, and much easier to roll back if needed.
Secret Management: Integrated Infisical to centralize how we handle environment variables and sensitive credentials across the stack, significantly improving our security and developer experience.
Reliable Messaging: Built a "Zero Data Loss" messaging system using RabbitMQ and Redis Sentinel to ensure data stays synced and consistent across all microservices.
Technical Debt & Refactoring: Led the effort to refactor legacy "startup-style" code into scalable, polymorphic architectures, which stabilized the system and made it easier for the team to add new features.
Cost Optimization: Lowered monthly AWS bills by optimizing resource allocation and improving architecture, even as the company's traffic and data needs continued to grow aggressively.

Built scalable cloud architectures on AWS that combined traditional backend services with decentralized storage like IPFS/Pinata.
Developed high-performance backends using TypeScript and Next.js, acting as the bridge between core game logic and various blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.).
Created a secure P2E marketplace and a token swap system from scratch, managing complex state logic with Express.js and Redis.
Managed CI/CD pipelines for both the application layer and smart contract deployments, ensuring updates were smooth across the whole ecosystem.

Took ownership of the entire digital setup for the 'Drlinee' brand, from initial development to long-term operational strategy.
